Eligible products may be returned in accordance with the conditions below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AFORA does not offer exchanges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase or initiating a return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Return Period<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To qualify for a return, your return request must be initiated within 7 days from the date your order is recorded as delivered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Returns requested outside this period may not be accepted except where required by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Sizing &amp; Fit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers are responsible for confirming their correct size using the official AFORA Size Chart provided on our website before placing an order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sizing may vary between brands and regions. Customers should not rely solely on the size they normally purchase from another brand. Please compare your measurements with the AFORA Size Chart before selecting your size.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For footwear, please review the sizing information provided on the individual product page together with the AFORA Size Chart, as fit may vary depending on the design and construction of the shoe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AFORA does not offer size exchanges. Selecting an incorrect size does not make an item defective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If an eligible item is returned because the wrong size was ordered, it must meet all requirements of this Return &amp; Refund Policy. Shoes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shoes must be tried on carefully on a clean, soft, or carpeted surface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shoes showing signs of wear, including scratched or marked soles, staining, scuffing, excessive creasing, or other damage, may not qualify for return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please take particular care with leather soles, crepe soles, metallic finishes, embellishments, suede, patent leather, and other delicate surfaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All original shoe packaging, dust bags, accessories, and boxes must be returned with the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Bags &amp; Leather Goods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bags and leather goods must be returned unused and in their original condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please do not place personal belongings inside a bag if you intend to return it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products showing staining, scratching, excessive creasing, stretching, odor, damage, or other evidence of use may not qualify for return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leather is a natural material. Variations in grain, texture, markings, tone, and finish are part of the natural character of the material and are not necessarily considered defects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. No Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AFORA does not offer exchanges for any products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This includes exchanges for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Different sizes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Different colors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Different styles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Different products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you would like a different size, color, or product, you must return the eligible original purchase in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All new orders are subject to current pricing and product availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from the product you ordered, please contact AFORA within 2 days of delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, clear photographs or videos showing the product and issue, and photographs of the packaging where applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once reviewed, AFORA will provide an appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, or refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, normal wear and tear, accidents, or failure to follow product care instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where reasonably possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your return is received, the product will be inspected before the refund is approved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please allow approximately 5 to 10 business days after refund approval for the funds to appear in your account.
