IRÀWÒ, meaning “star” in Yoruba, The Celestial Wedge is designed around the idea of light, movement, and presence.
The dramatic 4-inch wedge is wrapped in patterned damask, allowing the textile to travel continuously from beneath the foot into the rising architectural heel. Its black and metallic surface gives the shoe depth, shifting subtly as it catches the light.
Across the foot, a sculptural silver wire cord forms the upper. Its coiled construction introduces an industrial element against the richness of the damask, creating a deliberate tension between textile and metal-inspired detailing.
A Maco insole provides the foundation beneath the foot, while a rubber crepe outsole completes the design with a practical ground-contact surface.
IRÀWÒ is not designed to disappear into an outfit. Its exaggerated wedge, metallic cord, and graphic damask make it a statement shoe intended to become part of the silhouette itself.

Avoid crushing, sharply bending, or pulling the silver wire cord, as this may alter its sculptural shape. Store the shoes individually in dust bags and keep them in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight. For significant stains or damage, professional specialist cleaning is recommended.
